The Parlour is a 6 chair boutique salon with 3 shampoo bowls; we are fully equipped to accommodate any salon professional.
Included for our salon professionals will be utilities & access to all of the common area amenities.

Salon professionals choose to venture off on their own for many reasons, mainly to increase profit and to control their schedule as well as client information. These were the main reasons that drove me to open my very own salon. As a single, busy mother of two, who loves this industry, I had to do something to maximize my profits but control my schedule. After exploring my options I decided against a suite rental. Although this was a good option, I did not want to be isolated in a small room. I also did not want to lose that salon feel or the opportunity to continue to grow my skills and business surrounded by other creative individuals.

We are located on the ground floor of one of Timonium's busiest professional buildings. We are situated between two popular restaurants, with ample parking and opportunity for walk-in clientele.
